Khaled al-Asaad Solidarity Fund
The Université libre de Bruxelles has created a Solidarity Fund through which it supports researchers who no longer have the freedom to pursue research in their home country, whether they are threatened due to the content of their scientific work or opinions they have freely expressed.
The solidarity fellowship consists of postdoctoral fellowships that allow endangered researchers to continue their work at ULB in a climate of academic freedom.
